Responsibilities

• Manage BD activities for the National Security & Defense Industry Sector Group.
• Partner with leadership to develop and execute BD strategies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to attorneys and policy professionals.
• Learn the national security ecosystem and market dynamics.
• Lead development and tracking of the industry's business plan and initiatives.
• Manage marketing and BD budget and measure ROI.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure deadlines and objectives are met.
• Strategize with client and pursuit teams for targeted BD initiatives and campaigns.
• Lead development of marketing collateral and client-facing materials.
• Plan and participate in industry meetings, events, and thought leadership.
• Assess opportunities and support responses to RFPs and pitches.
• Conduct market and industry research to support growth objectives.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across practices and offices.
