The role requires a robust pharma network, excellent negotiation and communication skills, independence, and up to 60% travel to meet clients and attend industry events on the East Coast and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business with life science experience or related field.
• 5+ years of BD experience in Drug Product CDMO industry, preference for oral solid dosage.
• Ability to travel up to 60% to meet clients and attend industry events.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement strategic sales plans to grow market presence among Biotech/Biopharma/Pharma customers.
• Establish and nurture connections with important customers and parties involved.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the OSD Drug Product market.
• Negotiate and close deals with favorable terms and report performance to management.
• Represent the company at industry events and conduct market research on trends.
