Kastle Systems International, LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager for Commercial Real Estate to sell comprehensive security systems and services to building owners, managers, tenants, and developers. You will design tailored security solutions, write proposals, and present our offerings to clients.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3 years of consultative sales experience, with a proven track record in complex security systems sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of consultative sales experience.
• Experience selling to commercial real estate clients preferred.
• Proven track record of closing sales of complex systems.
