Kastle Systems International, LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager for Commercial Real Estate in Dallas, TX. You will sell comprehensive security systems and services to property owners, managers, tenants, and developers, and develop account strategies to maximize revenue.

You will design security systems to meet client needs, write proposals, conduct presentations, and demonstrate Kastle systems and services to executives, maintaining pipeline and driving sales against targets.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 3 years consultative sales experience.
• Strong executive-level selling and closing abilities.
• Knowledge of the commercial real estate market is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and cultivate long-term relationships with building owners, managers, tenants, and developers.
• Develop account strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
• Design security systems that meet client needs and write proposals; conduct presentations and demonstrations.
• Generate sales that meet or exceed goals and maintain an ongoing sales journal.
• Participate in key industry associations and events to raise Kastle’s brand.
