Job summary

The Glenmont Group is seeking a highly strategic Business Development Manager, Industries & Markets for a premier transatlantic law firm client. You will partner with firm leadership and cross-office teams to design and execute targeted go-to-market strategies across banking, fintech, payments, and Web3 sectors.

In this role you will craft compelling pitch materials, manage cross-functional pipelines, and drive BD initiatives that translate complex market concepts into actionable growth

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business development or marketing within a law firm or professional services.
• Experience in Financial Services or Tech is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.
• Proficient with CRM, MS Office and BI tools.
• Ability to translate market concepts into BD strategies under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute BD and revenue plans for cross-office teams in financial and digital asset sectors.
• Analyze regulatory shifts and competitor landscapes to uncover cross-selling opportunities.
• Create compelling pitch materials and proposals for fintechs, regulated institutions, and blockchain clients.
• Collaborate with Marketing to amplify the firm's presence through events and thought leadership.
• Manage the BD pipeline as the primary point of contact for designated partners.
