Job summary

Paul Hastings, a leading U.S. law firm, is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Global Fintech practice. Based in New York and other major markets, you will drive strategic BD and marketing initiatives in fintech, digital assets, and cryptocurrency sectors.

You will partner with partners and teams to craft pitches, coordinate events, and advance cross-selling opportunities while overseeing marketing materials and awards programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, law or business required.
7+ years of marketing experience; corporate law setting preferred.
Experience supporting fintech/digital assets is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development and marketing plans with partners and teams.
Support fintech practice group’s client efforts and analyze industry trends.
Draft pitches and proposals with stakeholders.
Collaborate on cross-selling initiatives with global team.
Develop marketing materials and oversee awards/submissions.
Plan client events and conferences.
Coordinate media relations and digital marketing initiatives.
Help improve BD processes and functions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
