Job summary

Dr Reddy's Laboratories Limited seeks a Lead Associate, Business Development to drive strategic partnerships in North America, focusing on Value Added Medicines, Biosimilars, and OTC/Self-Care segments.

You will manage licensing transactions end-to-end, from sourcing through deal execution, and coordinate due diligence with Finance, Regulatory, Legal, and IP teams. Strong financial and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize in-/out-licensing opportunities across target portfolios.
• Manage licensing transactions from sourcing to deal execution, incl. negotiations.
• Coordinate due diligence with cross-functional teams (Finance, Regulatory, Legal, IP, Supply Chain).
• Develop financial models (NPV, IRR), royalties, milestones, and profit-sharing.
• Draft term sheets and non-binding offers with Legal and stakeholders.
• Build external partnerships and represent the company at conferences.
• Prepare executive memos and deal recommendations for leadership.
