Job summary

Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories is seeking a Lead Associate, Business Development in the North America region to identify, evaluate, and execute strategic licensing opportunities across Value Added Medicines, Biosimilars, and OTC/Self-Care portfolios.

The role requires managing licensing transactions end-to-end, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and presenting financial evaluations and deal recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications

• Understanding regulatory pathways (e.g., 505(b)(2), BLA, ANDA) is required.
• Experience negotiating licensing transactions, term sheets, and commercial agreements.
• Strong financial and analytical skills including NPV/IRR analysis and deal valuation.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management; strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to drive multiple cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize in-licensing and out-licensing opportunities across medicines and OTC portfolios.
• Lead licensing transactions from opportunity sourcing to deal execution, including negotiations.
• Coordinate due diligence with cross-functional teams and develop business cases and leadership recommendations.
• Draft term sheets and non-binding offers with Legal and internal stakeholders.
