Job summary

Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Limited is seeking a Team Lead, Commercial Contracts to join the North America Finance team. This role oversees contract negotiations across Rx, SRx, OTC, SCW and Biologics, ensuring terms align with company policy and obtaining management approval for non-standard terms.

The Team Lead will guide a US and India-based team, drive improvements in bid workflows, and coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Legal and Finance to support launches and pricing strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field.
About 10 years of experience in US generic pharma with contract knowledge.
Experience with Biologics/Biosimilars contracting is a plus.
Strong interpretive skills for MFN, Price Protection, and Rebates terms.
Proficiency in SAP/Vistex, Excel and Salesforce/CLM platforms.

Responsibilities

Review terms and flag non-standard terms for business approval.
Lead contract negotiations with customers and internal teams.
Review offers letters, RFP/RFI submissions and related documents.
