Job summary

FBT Gibbons LLP, a national law firm serving middle-market companies, seeks a Business Development Manager to drive revenue for the Energy Industry team and related practices, including data centers and P3s.

Based in one of our offices (Nashville preferred) or other national offices, you’ll shape strategy, execute BD tactics, manage budgets, and report on KPIs in collaboration with Practice Groups, Industry Teams and firm leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; degree in marketing, communications, business or related area preferred.
• Minimum five years of experience in a B2B professional services or legal setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Energy Industry Team initiatives, data centers and P3s, aligning BD priorities with firm leaders.
• Lead strategic firm initiatives, budgeting, and KPI tracking in collaboration with Practice Groups, Industry Teams and CBDO/CDD.
• Develop and implement business development strategies, including client targeting, proposals, events, and thought leadership.
• Oversee BD Associates/Coordinators and ensure timely execution of BD plans across departments.
