Qualifications

• 10+ years in business development, sales, project development, or client management in heavy civil construction or related industries.
• Proven track record of securing and growing high-value construction and excavation projects.
• Strong network with contractors, developers, engineering firms, and agencies in the Mid-Atlantic.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional growth strategy across the Mid-Atlantic.
• Identify and develop drilling, blasting, excavation, and site development opportunities.
• Lead pursuits for RFPs, RFQs, and negotiated opportunities with cross-functional teams.
• Establish strategic relationships with engineering consultants, GC's, and utility providers.
• Own annual BD objectives and revenue targets across multiple market sectors.
• Monitor market trends to identify emerging opportunities and threats.
• Represent the company at industry events to increase market visibility.
• Develop long-term customer engagement strategies with key accounts.
