Job summary

B&S Site Development LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across Virginia and the Mid-Atlantic. You will lead pursuits for heavy civil construction, site development, and related services, coordinating with estimating, operations, and executives.

You will build strategic relationships with contractors, developers, and agencies, guiding proposals from lead to contract and representing the company at industry events. Strong leadership and regional network are essential.

Qualifications

10+ years of business development, sales, or client management in heavy civil construction or related industries.
Proven track record of securing and growing high-value projects in the $1M–$100M+ range.
Strong network of contractors, developers, and utilities across the Mid-Atlantic region.
Ability to interpret plans and collaborate with technical teams and executives.

Responsibilities

Lead regional growth initiatives for Virginia and the Mid-Atlantic in heavy civil construction.
Identify, pursue, and win high-value opportunities and manage pursuits through contract execution.
Develop strategic accounts and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
Lead proposals and coordinate with estimating, operations, and leadership for competitive bids.
Represent the company at industry events and strengthen market visibility.
