GPAC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex structural steel projects from award to completion. You will oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and coordination across estimating, detailing, fabrication, field operations, and erection teams.

Your leadership will guide project engineers and junior managers, ensuring quality, safety, and contractual compliance on multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of structural steel project management experience.
• Strong understanding of structural steel fabrication and erection.
• Experience managing projects from contract award through completion.
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of steel fabrication, detailing, material procurement, and erection processes.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, change orders, and contracts.
• Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience with project management software and Microsoft Office.
• AISC experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage structural steel projects from contract award through final completion.
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with estimating, detailing, fabrication, procurement, field operations, and erection teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for general contractors, owners, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Monitor project costs, profitability, billing, and overall financial performance.
• Coordinate material procurement and fabrication schedules.
• Identify and resolve project issues to keep work on schedule and within budget.
• Conduct project meetings and provide regular project updates.
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
• Mentor and provide leadership to project engineers and junior project managers.
