Job summary

tml Partners seeks a proactive BD Lead for its Financial Institutions Group to drive client development strategies across FIG, National Security, and Fintech & Crypto teams. You will lead end-to-end management of pitches, RFPs, and capabilities presentations while orchestrating targeted client events, webinars, and industry sponsorships.

You will manage market intelligence, submissions, and collaborate with PR, digital marketing, and business intelligence teams to enhance the practice’s market

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, business development, or research intelligence in professional services or law.
• Strong understanding of financial institutions regulation, national security, fintech, or digital assets.
• Excellent project management, analytical, and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex pitches, RFPs, and capabilities presentations.
