Blue Owl Capital Inc. in New York City is seeking an Analyst to support Global Client Marketing and drive centralized execution of client engagement initiatives. You will coordinate events, travel, speaker logistics, and post-event reporting while ensuring accuracy and efficiency across teams.

The role emphasizes strong organization, relationship-building, and creative problem-solving in a fast-paced environment, with a Monday–Thursday in-office schedule in New York.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in investment products or alternatives.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Creative and strategic thinker with PM software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM and administrative support across the Client Engagement teams.
• Manage event calendars, speaker meetings, and travel for industry and proprietary events.
• Maintain event reporting and dashboards, track attendee engagement and meeting activity.
• Manage inventory of branded merchandise and event collateral.
• Support budget administration with expense trackers and reporting.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Compliance, and Corporate Events teams for conferences and client meetings.
• Plan and execute proprietary and third‑party events and registrations.
• Maintain and enhance operational processes and tracking tools for consistency and scalability.
