Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in engineering or higher.
• 5+ years engineering, sales, business development, or technical sales experience.
• Strong ability to communicate and influence across complex org structures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver's license, passport, and ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the Electrical Systems market.
• Establish a network of contacts to initiate projects with focus customers/partners with internal sales teams.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals during early design phases.
• Track and report progress toward targets for business development.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategies.
• Support contract negotiations to align with company goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
