Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/database systems.
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Proposals/Marketing Collateral/Attorney Biographies: data collection and updating collateral and bios.
• Lateral Recruiting & Integration: coordinate records and track integration activity.
• Directories & Rankings: assist with submissions and collect information needed.
• Marketing & Operations: manage newsletters, client events, and material delivery.
• Markets/Offices: support market/office activities and events.
