Job summary

Winston Taylor is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support the Corporate BD team by coordinating BD and marketing initiatives for Capital Markets, Funds and Real Estate. You will manage data for proposals, update collateral and attorney bios, and coordinate with external publications for lateral hires and rankings in a fast-paced, professional services environment.

You will attend virtual and in-person events, handle newsletters and client seminars, and maintain the experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of business development, sales, marketing, education, business operations, or writing experience preferably in a law firm or a professional services firm.
• Must live within a commutable distance to the applicable firm office with the ability to come into the office 3-4 days per week.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM/database systems.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to meet deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and work efficiently and effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Demonstrates accountability for work outcomes, meets commitments, and takes ownership of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Proposals/Marketing Collateral/Attorney Biographies: Collect and maintain data used in proposals and marketing collateral; update marketing collateral with quotes, headcounts, metrics, rankings, and accolades; coordinate collateral updates across the team.
• Lateral Recruiting & Integration: Coordinate with external publications and ranking organizations to update records; input lateral experiences into systems and marketing collateral; track integration.
• Directories & Rankings: Assist with ranking and directory submissions; liaison with BD and other departments for information needs.
• Marketing & Operations: Handle logistics for newsletters, blogs, briefings, client CLEs, seminars, events, photos and logos; collaborate with IT, Graphics, and CRM teams; maintain the experience system and input revised content.
• Markets/Offices: Support market/office activities and attend events when hosted in or outside the local Winston office.
