Job summary

Winston Taylor in Los Angeles is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support corporate BD and marketing initiatives for the Corporate Department, including Private Equity, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Employee Benefits teams. You will help maintain data, update marketing collateral, prepare attorney bios, and coordinate responses to rankings and directories.

This role requires a bachelor's degree and 2+ years in business development or professional services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of business development, marketing, operations, or writing experience preferred in a law firm or professional services firm.
• Must live within a commutable distance to the office with the ability to come to the office 3–4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Proposals/Marketing Collateral/Attorney Biographies: update marketing collateral, quotes, headcounts, metrics and rankings; draft bios for new associates and lateral partners; ensure bios comply with style guides and client guidelines.
• Lateral Recruiting & Integration: coordinate with external publications to update records for new laterals and input experience data into marketing collateral.
• Directories & Rankings: assist with ranking submissions and gather information for directories.
• Marketing & Operations: manage newsletters, blogs, events, CLEs, and arrange IT/A/V, venues, and materials; maintain the experience system and track pitches.
