Job summary

ADP is seeking a Lead Project/Program Manager to own the Business Continuity & Resiliency (BC&R) program within Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO). You will drive strategy, governance, execution, and continuous improvement across resilience domains, including crisis management and regulatory readiness.

You will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with senior leaders from Service Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Product to strengthen HRO's resilience and business

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading complex programs in a cross-functional environment.
• Proven ability to plan, organize, manage, and deliver strategic initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organization.
• Strong PM skills: risk management, governance, executive reporting.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations and updates.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HRO Business Continuity & Resiliency program as the SME.
• Develop and execute program strategies, roadmaps, and initiatives.
• Drive major continuity and resilience projects from concept to implementation.
• Establish governance, metrics, reporting, and executive communications.
• Coordinate with leadership to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Support crisis management planning and incident response coordination.
• Deliver executive-ready communications and dashboards.
