ADP in Georgia is seeking a Lead Project/Program Manager to own the Business Continuity & Resiliency program within HRO. You will steer strategy, governance, and execution across cross-functional teams to strengthen resilience and readiness.

This role emphasizes influence over authority, executive communication, and crisis planning, with collaboration across Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Product, and Vendor Management to ensure preparedness for disruptions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading complex programs in a matrixed org.
• Proven ability to influence across executives.
• Strong PM fundamentals: governance, risk, and reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to translate risks into business outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Lead HRO BC&R program strategy, governance and improvement.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Service Ops, Tech, Risk, Legal, Product.
• Shape future state, governance processes, and executive reporting.
• Prepare crisis preparedness, incident response, and exercises.
• Drive resilience maturity and program adoption.
