Accenture is seeking an exceptional Infrastructure Resiliency Lead to own enterprise-wide IT resiliency strategy and execution. You will lead BC/DR, HA architecture, and regulatory compliance, shaping complex resiliency programs for major clients worldwide.

You will engage CIO and CRO audiences, drive P&L and delivery performance, and build a high-impact resiliency practice with cutting-edge resilience trends and crisis management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in IT infrastructure, operational resilience, or technology risk with BC/DR and HA specialization.
• Minimum 10+ years in senior leadership with resiliency strategy, regulatory compliance, or crisis response for large enterprises.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; if Associate’s Degree, 6+ years work experience.

Responsabilités

• Own IT resiliency end-to-end — BC/DR, HA, operational resilience, geo‑resilience across complex global clients.
• Lead DORA compliance and regulatory requirements across financial services and regulated industries.
• Design crisis management frameworks — runbooks, crisis simulations, executive escalation protocols.
• Oversee geo-resilience architectures — multi-region failover, data sovereignty, latency considerations.
• Sell and shape resiliency engagements at CIO/CRO level; craft proposals and present to boards and regulators.
• Maintain accountability for P&L, risk management, and client satisfaction in resiliency portfolio.
• Provide thought leadership on resilience trends including AI-driven testing and chaos engineering.
• Build and lead a high-performing resiliency practice; scale go-to-market proposition.
