Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• 7+ years in modeling, simulation, product development, or validation.
• 2+ years in technical team leadership; direct people management preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of simulation engineers across multiple battery programs.
• Serve as technical leader for battery-pack modeling and simulation; guide design trade-offs.
• Own the modeling roadmap, validation strategy, and capability development.
• Balance simulation with physical tests to reduce risk and improve accuracy.
• Translate simulation results into actionable design decisions for cross-functional teams.
• Develop scalable, automated workflows for exploration and rapid iteration.
