Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• 7+ years of modeling, simulation, product development, or validation experience.
• 2+ years of demonstrated technical team leadership; direct people-management preferred.
• Strong experience with ANSYS; experience with Altair HyperWorks, LS-DYNA, Abaqus, MATLAB/Simulink beneficial.
• Experience with structural, thermal, electro-thermal, durability, or multiphysics models.
• Experience with simulation-to-test correlation and model calibration.

Responsabilités

• Build, lead, and develop a team of simulation engineers across multiple programs.
• Serve as technical leader for battery-pack modeling and simulation; guide design trade-offs.
• Own the technical roadmap for battery modeling; set validation and capability strategy.
• Balance simulation and physical testing; drive model correlation and accuracy.
• Translate simulation results into actionable design decisions for cross-functional partners.
• Develop scalable, automated simulation workflows for exploration and rapid iteration.
• Communicate risks and trade-offs to engineering and executive teams.
