Job summary

Qualifications

10 years of banking and sales management experience.
Proven leadership in Sales and/or Project Management.
Experience with Data Analysis and Reporting preferred.
Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and execute.
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Proven talent development and succession planning capabilities.
Experience leading in a complex, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

Drive consistent execution of the Consultative Sales and Service process across the footprint.
Provide training and sales tools to sales roles to support goal achievement.
Onboard, educate, and train new sales roles for success.
Partner with leadership to define the Sales job family, roles, goals and outcomes.
Develop and implement sales tools and processes to boost revenue.
Monitor operating rhythms and sales procedures for improvement.
Use data visualization to turn datasets into actionable insights.
Update sales collateral with up-to-date stats and case studies.
Collaborate on internal communications and executive presentations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
