Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: participate in setting HR and business unit strategies.
• Support the execution of business unit strategies and plans.
• Implement HR strategies and solutions that support short- and long-term objectives.
• Consulting: establish effective relationships with assigned managers.
• Follow a disciplined consulting process to address business issues.
• Collaborate with HR COEs and Finance to achieve objectives.
• Coaching: provide guidance to managers on development and leadership
• Drive managers' ownership for developing their people and performance.
• Support organization change interventions to facilitate transitions.
• Assist with mergers or acquisitions integration across affiliates.
