Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, related field or equivalent work experience
5 years of banking and sales operations experience.
Proficient Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI a plus.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate strategy into action.

Responsibilities

Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of sales and go-to-market initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture business requirements and implement new sales and customer-related processes.
Optimize existing sales processes, practices, and policies for internal customer satisfaction and employee productivity.
Ensure high levels of data quality and process consistency in sales and marketing systems
Analyze sales data, take action, and measure impact to support decision-making.
Automate dashboards and reports that are intuitive and actionable while developing sales forecasts to predict revenue for new and existing clients.
Work cross-functionally to investigate and conduct analysis on system and operational issues.
Curate the sales pipeline and create greater visibility and tracking for the entire team.
Drive consistent execution of the consultative sales and service process across the footprint. Provide training and sales tools to sales roles (and partners) to support their achievement of goals.
