Qualifications

• Experience in client success or account management within Banking/Financial Services.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth, renewals, and client satisfaction.
• Experience delivering services and managing complex client engagements on time and budget.
• Strong understanding of financial management concepts, forecasting, and governance.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day CES delivery activities across assigned accounts, including client satisfaction and contract performance.
• Partner with delivery, project management, and account teams to ensure quality, budget, and timeline adherence.
• Support account growth through opportunity identification, pipeline development, and renewals.
• Coordinate account activities across internal and client stakeholders, aligning priorities and deliverables.
• Build trusted client relationships by understanding objectives and aligning DXC capabilities to outcomes.
• Assist with financial governance, including revenue forecasting and contract margin analysis.
