Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; major in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or Accounting preferred but not required.
  • 3 years of experience in commercial corporate banking, underwriting, or lending for Associate level; 4 years for AVP level.
  • Demonstrate understanding of financial statements and ability to calculate and analyze ratios.
  • CFA, CPA or formal credit training preferred but not required.
  • Bilingual ability in Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in filing reports of clients and market.
  • Explore local market and maintain sound relationships with corporate clients and commercial mortgage loans as needed.
  • Support a portfolio of syndicated loans and conduct post-loan management per policies.
  • Monitor compliance with Bank policies and procedures, including KYC and AML seminars.
