Job summary

Bank of China USA is seeking a seasoned Credit Risk Associate/AVP to evaluate corporate credit requests, monitor loan portfolios and help update risk policies. You will analyze financials, review transactions, and liaise with Front Office to ensure policy conformance.

The role requires strong financial analysis, risk modeling, and collaboration with the lending team. Bilingual Mandarin is a plus; salary is commensurate with experience and level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting is required.
• Master’s degree/MBA/CFA is preferred.
• 3+ years C&I corporate credit risk and underwriting for Associate; 4+ years for AVP.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze credit requests with minimal supervision.
• Provide and document recommendations to credit proposals.
• Articulate credit risk view on bankability and policy conformity.
• Assist account officers with loan structuring and due diligence.
• Conduct annual/quarterly reviews of existing credits.
