Job summary

Car Keys Express in Bel Air, MD is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to expand dealer, fleet and rental channel growth. You will drive new accounts, present our value, and coordinate with the Regional Sales Manager to meet targets.

This role requires extensive field activity, travel up to 50% of the time, and diligent use of our in‑house CRM to log activities and forecast opportunities. You will help shape national expansion at a fast‑growing company.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years experience in sales, automotive industry experience preferred.
• Proven success in outside sales, business development, cold calling experience.
• Expertise in developing new accounts.
• Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes.
• Sound judgment and problem‑solving skills.
• Employee‑focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Present Car Keys Express to dealerships, fleet managers, and rental facilities
• Use of our in‑house CRM, Internal, to prospect for new business
• Log sales entries in Internal for every call, email, stop, and presentation
• Plan and coordinate travel to maximize in‑person presentations daily
• Coordinate with RSM and inside sales to ensure closure of committed targets in a timely manner
• Participate in bi‑weekly sales meetings (via Zoom app)
• Complete all onboarding and ongoing training
• Learn CKE selling points to ensure a consistent message across all Regions
