WEX FSM is seeking a Sr. Sales Account Executive to drive strategic growth in Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia. You will lead complex cycles with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical contractors, mentor junior sellers, and help shape territory strategy across multiple locations.

This role emphasizes top performance, cross-team collaboration, and ongoing leadership development, with commission potential as part of total compensation and a strong focus on impactful, long-term value for clients.

Qualifications

5+ years of high-performing B2B sales experience.
Ability to sell in complex or strategic environments (multi-location, high-ACV).
Deep understanding of the sales process and consultative approaches.
Comfort mentoring junior sellers to raise team performance.
Strong analytic, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency with Salesforce and sales engagement tools.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsabilités

Lead full-cycle sales—from prospecting and discovery to presentation, proposal, and close.
Drive outbound activity and manage inbound leads to maximize territory penetration.
Maintain an accurate, up-to-date pipeline using Salesforce and sales engagement tools.
Partner with Regional Sales Manager and Marketing to refine go-to-market strategies and feedback loops.
Contribute to sales processes, messaging, and playbooks through data-informed insights.
