WEX, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Sales Account Executive to lead end-to-end sales across HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical contractor accounts in the Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia region.

You will mentor junior sellers and shape territory strategy while targeting high-value multi-location opportunities. The role emphasizes consultative selling, strategic relationship building with owners and operators, and fluency across product lines including scheduling, invoicing, payments, and financing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of high-performing B2B sales experience in SaaS/tech markets.
• Ability to sell in complex or multi-location environments.
• Strong negotiator with proven closing skills.
• Comfortable mentoring junior sellers and collaborating with teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a territory growth plan for contractor accounts in the designated region.
• Lead full-cycle sales from prospecting to close and manage inbound/outbound activity.
• Maintain and update a clean Salesforce pipeline with accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Regional Sales leadership to refine go-to-market strategies.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve messaging and playbooks.
