Qualifications

• 5+ years of high-performing B2B sales experience.
• Experience selling SaaS/fintech to SMBs.
• Ability to navigate multi-location, high-ACV deals.
• Mentor junior sellers and raise team performance.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Travel: 30%.

Responsibilities

• Own territory growth plan and target larger/complex contractor accounts.
• Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Maintain a strong, accurate pipeline using Salesforce and sales tools.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager and Marketing on GTM strategies.
• Develop and share playbooks and data-informed insights.
