WEX FSM is seeking a Sr. Sales Account Executive to lead high-impact growth in a multi-state territory (MD, VA, WV). You will drive full-cycle sales with HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical contractors, mentor junior reps, and contribute to territory strategy and playbooks.

You will build consultative relationships with owners and operators, navigate complex deals, and collaborate with marketing to refine go-to-market efforts. Travel about 30% is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of high-performing B2B sales experience in SaaS/fintech or SMB tech markets.
• Proven ability to sell in complex, multi-location environments.
• Deep understanding of sales processes and consultative selling approaches.
• Ability to mentor junior sellers and raise team performance.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a territory growth plan for Maryland, VA, and WV.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to close.
• Navigate multistakeholder buying journeys across product lines.
• Maintain a robust, up-to-date Salesforce pipeline.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager and Marketing on GTM strategies.
