Job summary

Vomela is seeking an experienced account management professional to serve as the primary contact for top-tier client accounts and guide seamless transitions for new logos.

You will build trusted relationships with key stakeholders as a strategic consultant, maintain a deep understanding of client needs, and provide proactive recommendations to expand revenue through cross-selling and upselling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Sales preferred; or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in account management, consultative sales, or B2B client relations.
• Strong understanding of large-format printing, custom graphics, and production processes a plus.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling.
• Self-motivated, with a strategic mindset and proactive approach to account management.
• Proficiency in SFDC and Hubspot software for tracking leads and managing pipeline.
• A consultative and professional approach to engaging with customers.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned, top tier client accounts.
• Ensure seamless transition for new logos, if applicable.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders as a strategic consultant.
• Maintain a deep understanding of client needs, challenges, and business objectives.
• Provide proactive recommendations and introduce value-adding solutions.
• Develop a deep understanding of the selected Vomela end-market.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through high-quality service and innovative printing solutions.
• Identify additional Vomela expertise and specialist resources for ongoing account expansion.
• Identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Conduct regular business reviews to uncover unmet needs.
• Introduce products, services, and solutions aligned with client goals.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to optimize client offerings.
• Negotiate contract renewals and expansion deals.
• Analyze accounts for new business opportunities using industry insights and customer feedback.
• Identify referrals, partnerships, and expansions within new and existing accounts.
• Acquire new customers while serving existing business.
• Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative printing solutions.
