Job summary

Whereby is seeking a Marketing Lead for a maternity cover to drive multi‑channel demand and growth. You will own strategy and campaigns across Whereby Embedded and Meetings, reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, with support from an agency and a designer, while working remotely from the UK.

This is the sole marketing role in a small commercial team. You should be a hands‑on, autonomous B2B marketer with startup experience, capable of collaborating across product, content, and advertising,

Qualifications

• B2B marketing experience in a startup environment.
• Generalist marketer comfortable across multiple channels.
• Experience working in a distributed team is beneficial.
• Health tech or developer-focused product experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the marketing strategy for embedded and meetings products.
• Drive multi-channel campaigns, demand generation and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with product, content and agencies; measure performance and report to CCO.
• Own budget allocations and ensure alignment with business goals.
