Job summary

Whereby is seeking a Marketing Lead for a maternity cover role, remotely based in the UK. You will lead marketing strategies to grow the Whereby brand, increase awareness, and generate demand to expand the sales pipeline and new user acquisition.

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will collaborate with a small commercial team and agencies, owning both strategic direction and hands-on campaigns across channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B Marketing in a start-up environment is required.
• Generalist marketer willing to get involved across channels and campaigns.
• Experience working in a distributed team is beneficial.
• Marketing Lead/Senior Marketing Manager level experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the Marketing strategy.
• Propose campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement and pipeline.
• Maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Measure and report on marketing performance and impact.
• Budget responsibilities for marketing activities and spend.
