Quantimetrix, a Redondo Beach, CA based company, seeks a hands‑on Marketing Manager to turn commercial priorities into focused marketing strategy, campaigns, and digital experiences. You will personally create and launch meaningful work, lead a small team, and partner with Sales, Customer Service, and other departments.

The role requires seven+ years of B2B marketing, strong leadership, and expertise in digital channels, content development, and campaign management.

Qualificações

• Seven or more years of progressively responsible, hands‑on B2B marketing experience including strategy and campaigns.
• Direct people‑management experience (>=3 years) with coaching and performance management.
• Experience with website content management, email marketing, SEO, marketing automation or CRM; paid digital programs preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Set Marketing Strategy and Focus: translate priorities into annual/quarterly plans and messaging.
• Lead Integrated Campaigns and Digital Marketing: briefs, launches, and performance measures.
• Enable Customers, Channels, and Commercial Growth: create assets for sales, distributors, and markets.
• Lead the Team and Marketing Operating Rhythm: manage budgets, briefs, and staff development.
