- Demonstrated success leading integrated campaigns from strategy through launch, measurement, and improvement

What You Will Do
Set Marketing Strategy and Focus
- Translate company and Commercial priorities into practical annual and quarterly marketing plans that define target audiences, value propositions, campaign objectives, channel mix, content needs, budget recommendations, and timing
- Use customer, account, distributor, sales, and market insight to recommend what Quantimetrix should prioritize, improve, pause, or stop
- Establish clear messaging and positioning for priority product families, applications, customer segments, and channel partners
- Build and maintain a strategic marketing calendar, campaign workflow, and content inventory
Lead Integrated Campaigns and Digital Marketing
- Develop campaign briefs and lead execution across digital channels, email, web, content, webinars, trade events, sales enablement, and other appropriate channels
- Plan, launch, monitor, and improve campaigns using meaningful measures of audience response, lead relevance, opportunity progression, and commercial feedback
- Own continuous improvement of the company website, digital content, search visibility, email programs, marketing database practices, and digital performance reporting
- Create and edit content and visual assets—including product and application materials, web copy, emails, presentations, and event assets—and direct outside creative support when specialized expertise or additional capacity is needed
Enable Customers, Channels, and Commercial Growth
- Partner with Sales and Commercial Operations to create account, segment, distributor, and campaign materials that support retention, expansion, new applications, and market development
- Support distributor enablement and international marketing needs with practical, adaptable materials and campaign plans that respect local‑market requirements
- Coordinate with Technical Support, Quality/Regulatory, Operations, Finance, and other internal experts to ensure marketing claims and technical content are accurate, appropriate, and approved before external use
- Gather customer and market feedback to identify unmet needs, content gaps, campaign opportunities, and areas for product or service improvement
Lead the Team and Marketing Operating Rhythm
- Lead the marketing team, agencies, contractors, vendors, and cross‑functional contributors through clear briefs, feedback, timelines, quality standards, and accountability
- Review and approve routine marketing and communications work before release; elevate technical, regulatory, brand‑positioning, or other sensitive decisions to the VP of Commercial Operations and appropriate internal reviewers
- Manage campaign, agency, contractor, vendor, and event budgets; communicate progress, results, risks, and decisions needed
- Hire, coach, and develop additional marketing team members as the function grows
