Job summary

XL Parts and The Parts House a Marubeni Group is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to expand and nurture our client base in Indianapolis. The role emphasizes in-person visits, product demonstrations, and proactive account development to achieve sales targets.

You will drive new account signups, manage promotions, and rely on a data-driven CRM workflow to track calls and meetings. A valid driver’s license and vehicle are required; 2+ years of B2B sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to develop sales strategies and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct active sales visits for new and existing customers – show and demonstrate new products, explain promotions, and look for stocking opportunities.
• Work cooperatively with store/operations personnel to improve our service and resolve client issues.
• Sign up new accounts, grow sales, and achieve individual sales growth plans.
• Implement and support the company’s sales promotions.
• Schedule appointments with clients and work with their schedules
• Complete a minimum of 15 sales meetings with clients in person every day
• Fully document all sales calls in our CRM during or immediately after each visit.
• Evaluate the frequency of client sales calls and establish a consistent pre-set appointment.
• Attend meetings, conferences, and association functions as scheduled.
