Job summary

Intrax Global Internships (IGI) is seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive the growth of our J-1 Intern and Trainee programs across the United States. This relationship-driven role owns the sales process from prospecting to onboarding, partnering with Account Management, Operations, Compliance, and Marketing to turn new partnerships into long-term programs.

Based in San Francisco with a 3-day in-office hybrid schedule, you will develop markets, build a strong pipeline, negotiate terms,

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of B2B sales, business development or related experience.
• Proven prospecting and pipeline development with new accounts.
• Experience selling services or solutions in a consultative manner.
• Ability to own a full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand Intrax’s network of U.S. host organizations and growth targets.
• Generate and qualify opportunities; conduct discovery and present solutions.
• Negotiate terms, close partnerships, and onboard new hosts.
• Maintain CRM records, forecasts, and pipeline accuracy.
