Qualifications

• Experience coordinating virtual events using Zoom/Google Meet/Teams.
• Ability to work independently and follow established protocols.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Manager team with daily duties and document review.
• Track host camp documents and follow up on missing items.
• Coordinate virtual hiring events and prepare materials.
• Assist with in-person fairs and participant matching.
• Provide seasonal participant support and emergency as needed.
• Attend weekly department meetings and report issues.
