Job summary

McDermott Will & Schulte seeks a Firmwide Communications Manager, Awards to lead the firm’s awards and recognition program. You will work with partners and teams to identify high-value submissions, craft compelling content, and promote best practices in line with the firm’s narrative and market positioning.

The role requires sound judgment, exceptional writing, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to develop high-quality submissions and content.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic plan for the awards program, including objectives and processes.
• Lead calendar and tracking of award opportunities using CRM.
• Draft compelling submissions aligned with brand and priorities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, BD, and Client Experience teams on opportunities.
• Support preparation and submission of secondary directory submissions.
