Job summary

McDermott Will & Schulte, a leading global law firm, seeks a Firmwide Communications Manager, Awards to lead the awards program and ensure submissions reflect the firm’s voice and style. You will work closely with partners, departments, and the Communications team to identify high-value opportunities and craft compelling submissions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of related experience, with strong writing, communication, and project-management skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic plan for the firm’s awards and recognition program.
• Manage an annual calendar of award opportunities and track progress.
• Draft compelling submissions that align with the firm’s brand and priorities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities that support client relationships.
• Track, analyze, and report on program progress and impact.
• Support preparation and submission of secondary directory submissions.
