You will work with partners, departments, and the Communications team to identify opportunities and promote best practices.

The role requires sound judgment, excellent writing, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while strengthening the firm’s market positioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum five years of related work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AP style.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic plan for the firm’s awards and recognition program.
• Manage an annual calendar of award opportunities and track progress.
• Partner with Marketing Communications, Business Development, and other teams to draft submissions.
• Collaborate with Client Experience to identify opportunities that support key client relationships.
• Track, analyze, and report on program progress and impact.
• Support the preparation and submission of secondary directory submissions.
