Responsibilities

• Lead shared operational support for the College's direct support organizations.
• Maintain separate books, bank accounts, financial records, approvals, and audit trails for each DSO.
• Strengthen risk management, internal controls, and audit readiness across the shared DSO model.
• Coordinate accounting, audits, IRS Form 990 filings, financial reporting, and board documentation for each DSO.
• Develop and manage a cost-allocation methodology and identify savings from reduced duplication of services.
• Supervise staff and maintain fiduciary boundaries for DSOs.
