Job summary

AerSale, Inc. is seeking a Purchasing/Procurement professional in Florida to plan, source, and purchase materials, supplies, and services.

You will qualify vendors, evaluate bids, and negotiate favorable terms while maintaining vendor performance data. The role requires 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and close collaboration with Sales to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of relevant procurement experience.
• Excellent negotiation skills and knowledge of procurement practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Purchase materials, supplies, and services at favorable terms.
• Qualify vendors, evaluate bids, and negotiate prices and terms.
• Track purchases, monitor vendor quality, and maintain data.
• Expedite daily repair purchasing and manage delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with Sales to fulfill customer needs and provide order status.
