Future Aviation, Inc., a HEICO Corporation Repair Group facility in Southwest Florida, is seeking a Purchasing Agent to join our team. The role focuses on order placement, expediting and tracking, price negotiations, vendor relationships, and process improvements.

You will manage materials flow from order to shelf, build supplier networks, negotiate costs, and maintain ERP records to ensure on-time delivery and quality for our operations.

Responsibilities

• Control the materials logistics flow from order placement to parts on the shelf (inventory).
• Develop relationships with suppliers and manage delivery schedules for on-time execution.
• Negotiate with manufacturers and distributors to achieve cost savings and timely deliveries.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders and change notices; maintain records.
• Communicate requirements and updates to internal customers and shop personnel.
