AerSale, Inc. in Memphis, TN is seeking a Buyer to perform purchasing and sourcing for maintenance and ground support equipment, ensuring timely, cost-effective buys compliant with FAA regulations.

You will manage the PO database, track orders from input to receipt, resolve order conflicts and work closely with Quality Inspectors and other departments to optimize procurement and vendor relations. This role requires strong negotiation, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

Formación

• Associates degree or 2 years procurement experience.
• Proven ability to negotiate terms and manage vendor relationships.
• Experience with FAA-regulated purchasing and MRO environments.

Responsabilidades

• Procures materials and services for AerSale to support customers at optimal efficiency and pricing.
• Analyses and evaluates quotes; ensures approvals above $500 procurement limit.
• Selects vendors, negotiates prices, terms, and shipment methods from approved vendors list.
• Manages tracking and reporting of purchase orders; briefs management on status.
